Creative Health Care Services Corporation is a community agency that provides Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services to children, adolescents, young adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services range from Behavioral, Clinical, Individual, and Respite Supports, which are provided in the family’s home or in the community. This agency is headquartered in Turnersville, NJ. We provide services in the following counties: Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland, Atlantic, Cape May, Burlington, Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Salem. We have Flexible, Per Diem, and Fee-for-service hours available. We are constantly looking for individuals who want to make a difference through dedicated service, utilizing best-practice strategies that would impact our Consumers and their families positively.
